Default Amazon shipping suspension

So today I just got an notification by Amazon.com stating below

Hello,*

We are conducting a review of your Amazon.com seller account. During this review, your listings will not appear on our site and you will not be able to transfer funds out of your seller account.*

Account reviews are intended to ensure the timely shipment of orders and compliance with our selling policies. Please continue to fulfill the orders you received before your listings were removed.*

You can help with the review process by sending us information about your business. To do so, click the "Appeal" button next to this e-mail on the Notifications page in the Performance section of your Seller Central account (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...cations.html)*

If you would like to provide tracking information for your shipments, visit the Manage Orders page in the Orders section of your Seller Central account (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/orders-v2/list).*

To learn more about account reviews, search "Velocity Limits and Account Reviews" in Seller Central Help.*

We will notify you by e-mail when our account review is complete.*

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Regards,*

For new accounts, I highly suggest doing fba for a good 4-6 months before you start fulfilling from your end. Works 100% for me with no bothering of limits or reviews.

This is a routine review for any new account.

Passing the review depends on your seller metrics and what you're selling. If it's all good you have nothing to worry about. As the old saying goes if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about

This account is actually my real account with the legitimate info! This account is 6 months old! I am not selling a high risk either but I do list my products on the marketplace. Last month we sold over$7,000 worth of sales too.

What are your metrics like. This is an unusual review for an account of 6 months old, normally a review will allow you continue to selling for an aged account. Have your sales been steady over the last 6 months or have you just started selling heavily.

It sounds like a velocity review. I would still ship any outstanding orders, put the tracking numbers in a spreadsheet and send it to them. It sounds ridiculous, since all tracking numbers are already in their system, but it is best to humor them.

As long as you are shipping on time, are not selling anything illegal and have no major violations or complaints, you should be OK. Of course, there are no guarantees, but this review seems normal to me - I have seen it before.

Jeff I would disagree, normal reviews and velocity limit allow you to continue selling. This seller has had his listing's removed which IMO shows there is a problem

I saw this a couple of times, on new accounts where I had sold maybe $2,000 or so in the first 10 days. I believe they stopped my sales because they didn't want me to continue until they were comfortable with me as a seller, due to the amount of money involved. I passed both.

You may be right, however. Time will tell.

I mean my account has been in a good standing while the defect rate is low, late shipment rate is below w.e Amazon percentage was, have 27 ratings with a 4.6 out of 5 stars, low cancellation rate, expected delivery rate is almost perfect, and contact response is almost perfect. So I have no answer why Amazon all of sudden just banned my account!

If the account is 6 months old and you have only 27 rating's and sold $7000 last month, then this is the problem. Has the account not been used till last month. If you have been trading at around 7k per month, thats 40k plus in sales and 27 rating's. Something does not add up.You need to chase you buyers to leave feedback.

They have stopped the op from selling because of his high sales volume. Nothing unusual happened to me.

When there is a lot of sales and money involved Amazon decide not to take a chance

If op had through FBA this would not have happened, and for selling 7k a month it would have been a good idea to take the FBA option, let Amazon take the strain of getting that many sales organised.

The ratings or feedback was obviously a massive issue here, you have got to have feedback that reflects the sales level with Amazon, even though it has always been the worst platform for getting it on.

Rubbish, this account is 6 months old, if this was the case this would have happened month 1 not month 6. Something has changed in the sellers profile.

Yes I have tried to do fba along with shipment on my end and for some odd reason, they decide to only disburse 20-30% of my total sales (first 2 disbursement). I don't understand why.

However, under another account, when I did 100% fba, all payments were disbursed on time, with no questions.
