Welcome aboard beavy, and you are right having an independent forum is the ideal scenario for accessing the ideas and experiences of many so that we can all hopefully avoid the ever present pitfalls going forward.
I agree about being an independant forum, compared to the ebay official forums which have very judgemental posters......some of those guys come running here, when their cosy world comes crashing....
