Buyer opened SNAD with false return tracking #.
I have a buyer who opened a SNAD and escalated the case with paypal. This was a private invoice purchase. This individual insisted that I issue the full refund before he return the item since day 1. So paypal requested this individual to return the item within 2 weeks for the refund. About 4 hours before the case expire (Saturday), this person posted an invalid tracking number at 8pm (he lives on the east coast). Would you guys advice that I speak to PP about this if this tracking number turn out to be f.a.k.e and there's no indication of shipment on Monday/Tuesday?
