Just moved to a new address uk based and have opened a new bank account

when setting up new account I can use that address as its clean?

Can I link a debit card but input my stealth name?

New mobile and new sim new laptop and a broadband dongle

anyyhing else I am missing? ??

In theory yes you can as the card would pass the AVS check.

Generally for a stealth account you want to be using a VCC though
