Deposit account different from "charge" visa account
Hi guys
I would like to create an amazon seller account for a company(outside US) which has a bank account with a visa card attached to it. I want to use that visa card for the "charge method" ,but want to know if I can use another bank account(of a person) for the "deposit method"(receiving money). Can there be any problem ?
Thanks.
ps.: the person was not banned before

Hey TTM, thanks for the reply.
Could you please elaborate on that ? I find it weird that you can use a visa attached to one bank account(like LLC) but use a personal account to receive money(which by the way that person is not the owner of the LLC).

The AVS check wouldn't be any problem because it s a legit visa card attached to bank account, but don't want money to be received on that account, instead to be deposited to another account (which belongs to a person).

Just because you link a card does not mean you have to link the bank account that card is attached to.
You can link whatever card you want so long as it passes the AVS and then link whatever bank account you want in order to withdraw funds.
I see.
Do Amazon check regularly for the validity of the visa card ? I mean for example the visa card is valid until 2019 but I close the bank account with that visa on 2016, will amazon know that ?
Does it matter if the visa card attached to the bank account of the company is issued from a country and the deposit bank account is in another country ?
Re: Deposit account different from "charge" visa account
Should I be prepared for amazon asking me(as protocol perhaps) why the owner of the bank account(used for deposit) is different than the registered name for the seller account(LLC) ?
Re: Deposit account different from "charge" visa account
You credit/debit card does not need to linked to the deposit account. The deposit account can use any name as names are not used by banks crediting for inward funds, UK its sort codes and account number, US, routing number and account number.

Hi,
Did it worked for you?
Did you succeed to register in Amazon a different "charge method" with a different "deposit method" ?
