I am a seller from UK and thought I could expand my business in to US market. I understand that for selling on US marketplace (FBA) I need a valid US address. Virtual office seems like an option there but how would I provide them proof of address/utility bill if they ask for it? Has anyone ever had to deal with this?
Many Thanks

If read the requirements on amazon you will see the countries that amazon US allows you sell from and the UK is certainly one of them. However if you are doing FBA and shipping from the UK you will need a freight agent in the US to clear your goods and ship them onto amazon. Amazon will not be your importer.

Amazon US don't ask for proof of address etc. You will need to complete a tax interview at the end of the sign up, as you are from the UK this is straight forward.
