Can't Withdraw from PayPal

So I went into 2 of my PayPals, When I click on Withdraw funds....the page goes nowhere, the url changes but the page never moves. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Also, does anyone have the classic withdraw url?

Try clearing cookies. Helps most of the times.

Before wasting your cookies... try to log out and log in again.

It helped me to get rid of an error while listing on eBay.

In real life - for sure, but what's so about them regarding EB? If lots of people claim that using Chrome in incognito mode is ok for stealth, then say that "cookies should be built". I personally don't see what can be stored in cookies except some key that is used to link using multiple accs from a single Windows user account, just in case to protect EB from totally dumb "wannabe stealthers". All account activity is stored and analyzed at EB servers, and is linked to EB account ID.

I respect your opinion and I do not have background to prove that mine is better but I like to keep my cookies in place... feeling safer.

Did I say that was the fix? Also, 90% of the advice you give usually only applies to European EBay/Paypals....so please keep your advice to those in Europe and not those in the USA.

I'm sure you think of yourself as a Super Stealther and if you do then good for you.
