Are you going to open a Lithuania Account or do you already have an account and have no way or never bothered to find a way to get funds out?

I have account,account is about 1 year old.Before use Payoneer,but now it blocked by paypal.

If you have Lithuanian passport and you are in Lithuania. You open a bank account and withraw your funds.
Make sure its VISA card
