Hello friends,

So recently I have created (fairly new accounts) on ebay and PP account to sell and have made considerable sales on each account.

Although when I wanted to purchase something online it came up with the error "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

I did some research and many individuals recommended waiting 24-72 hours for this to go away. Unfortunately it did not.

I did happen to call regarding why any of my payments did not go through and they wanted to ask questions using public records. (I'm guessing it is due to logging in from a different computer) It is a stealth account so I have problems answering these questions. Luckily my accounts are not yet limited.

My question is if there is any way around this problem? Should I wait longer or is the account doomed?

Thank you, your advice is highly appreciated.

P.S. No matter how small or large the purchase amount I still get the same error. The accounts are also fully verified.

Yes I am getting this on nearly all my accounts over the past 4 days. Cannot figure out why and cannot make payments.

Paypal is making this troublesome yet again for many sellers like ourselves. Our of curiosity, how long have you waited before making another payment?

Nearly 4-5 days - never had issues sending money from an attached VCC at all.

I've run into that with a couple accounts. Some no issues through.

Had it many many times on new accounts, probably you have low transaction history and they dont trust the account. I like to bid on some items or buy some 99p items from China, seems to work sometimes

Could be that the sales amounts are on hold but you haven't received the hold msg - not good to call in and draw attention to the account

Sending payments on new accounts was fine on Friday, then Saturday it's not letting most people send money.

Yes that's correct Break the cycle.

Those accounts haven't received funds into them

I just made a purchase with a new account and it went through. Not sure if Paypal fixed this or if it's because I have a major bank attached to that account. Are you using a VBA or prepaid card?

It appears that this only occurs on my newly made accounts. My older accounts work perfectly and have no issues. I made a purchase amount of .99$.

Would adding a bank account to withdraw the funds be a bad idea? Has anyone tested this?
