Hello friends,
So recently I have created (fairly new accounts) on ebay and PP account to sell and have made considerable sales on each account.
Although when I wanted to purchase something online it came up with the error "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."
I did some research and many individuals recommended waiting 24-72 hours for this to go away. Unfortunately it did not.
I did happen to call regarding why any of my payments did not go through and they wanted to ask questions using public records. (I'm guessing it is due to logging in from a different computer) It is a stealth account so I have problems answering these questions. Luckily my accounts are not yet limited.
My question is if there is any way around this problem? Should I wait longer or is the account doomed?

P.S. No matter how small or large the purchase amount I still get the same error. The accounts are also fully verified.
