Default One listing removed, appeal?

I sell on Amazon, and one listing was removed, because buyer complained that they are counterfeit. I have sold more than 1000 of this products and didn't get any complaint before. The product is bought from AliExpress, not branded.

Question:
1. Will Amazon contact the supplier to verify that I have an account with them? Some people said they won't, because the supplier won't give out my information.
2. I do want to appeal it so I can keep selling it. If I don't appeal it, will I get flagged and maybe it's more dangerous in the future?

If your "supplier" is Aliexpress, forget it. Anything from China is NOT going to help your case at all.

Unless you have an invoice from the manufacturer, there's nothing you can do to change their minds. Amazon is about the customer, and if the customer says it's ⊗⊗⊗⊗, it's ⊗⊗⊗⊗ to them. Give up and be glad your seller account is still active. People have been banned for less.

Delete the product, wait a few days and re-list. This is a soft spot on amazon.

Maybe delete the product completely and consider sales on a different account. But of course, that's your choice OP.

Counterfeit is rough to fight IF Amazon ever gets word of it

I would say sell that product on another account.

It's too risky to sell it again on the same account when the listing had just been removed by Amazon. Next time Amazon will not be so lenient and will close the account.

I also worked for a company who sell on Amazon. They basically made up their invoice (real supplier, but ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice). Sometimes Amazon unblocked the item, but sometimes didn't. Is it true that supplier won't give out our (buyer) information to Amazon even if they asked for?

Amazon is not the Illuminati. They aren't going to chase you down and find out everything about you. If you cause them trouble, your account will simply be banned. Period.
