I hear all about "direct from manufacturer" invoices. However, for brands that have Chinese companies OEM for them, does Amazon Seller Performance except invoices from these factories or you make them under your own brand since its your brand that is being sold and they will accept it?

Have you the rights to that brand?

Correct, I own the brand and have rights to the name and corporation. However, the products are designed by factories in China and put my brand name on it.

Basically, what do you show Seller Performance that actually they have accepted in the past?

I can't speak from experience, I've never had my own brand of products.

But my best guess is if you own the copyrights and you have the documents to back it up, send that in.

They can't really argue if you have legit documents with your account name on them.
