If you are sending virtual goods, people cannot open goods not received if their is evidence in messages of you sending them the code/product, your thought process about the payment will not work, buyers will not follow that, they will pay through ebay as it 100% has their money safe and also it is quickest for them!
You need to come up with a new plan.
