I currently have been running my business from my Premier paypal account. I need to upgrade my account to business however i would like to keep my premier account for personal use. I understand you can't have both a business and premeier account and with a personal account i can't receive cc payments. My premier account is established and i would like to continue to use it for personal use since i have a debit card, personal bank account linked, and would occasionally like to sell personal items through that account. What i would like to do is setup a totally new account under my business name and not have to upgrade my current account without dealing with my account being frozen for proof of this and blah blah. Basically i'd like to keep personal and business seperate with paypal. Any ideas would be appreciated Tom

You're probably not going to have much luck unless you open the new account in a different name. There are a ton of steps you would have to take to keep from linking the two.
If I where you I'd just upgrade the premier account and open a separate personal account to save all the hassle with ip, name, address, cookie linking.
Not imposable just a lot of work. Just depends on the if the reward is wroth it to you.
