 country to country ip
can you set up paypal account from one country say uk and utilise it from another country ip eg Portugal.
Ive already set up ebay accs in europe and used them in the uk, and they havent been flagged, although sold designer goods slowly.the pp accs i set up havent been touched yet so dont knw if they will be ok yet.
I have a holiday home in europe and was wondering if I could use ebay and pp accs set up in uk over there.
