I would like to know how to set up PP. Et/sy is making a link with PP and they are charging 1 USD(returnable) to make a link, how to do this, especially when you have brand new PP and zero funds there? How to add funds? Bank transfer? Will be linked with bank then i guess. Maybe with prepaid card somehow?

If you can then do they not charge the card on the PayPal then refund £1 back into the PayPal? That should get you past the first £1 they take then you need to start making sales to get money into the account in case they do it again.
I am planning to add prepaid MC gift card to PayPal, PP can be verified by this.
But afraid about that 1 USD charge and their immediatelly refund back, they are making a link Et-sy and PP. But if there will be zero fund on PP, then they are going to bank account and charge bank and there will be my real informations about me....huh i am confused how to solve this everything else it clear to me
Yes but you need to VERIFY the Paypal attached with a CC and in Hungary you can do that.
Verify using a CC, it will charge the card £1, it will then refund that £1 into your Paypal. That should be enough when Etsy charge the PayPal for the $1.
