Can/Will eBay suspend me for this?

I have been suspended several times from eBay, and I'm just too tired to struggle with registering and bidding again, only to be suspended after paying for my items because of being linked to my previous accounts.

I have not signed into an eBay account in months (I frequently browse the site), and now live in another state and, accordingly, have a different IP address than all of my banned accounts. If I were to create a new account, only to place items in my watch list which I would then have a completely-unrelated friend bid on and purchase for me on a separate account, what are the odds of my account being banned? I plan on using a completely different name/address than those found on my previous accounts, and I won't be doing anything but placing items into my watch list to track them.

Any insight on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!

That's strange. I've had buying accounts under my real name that has been suspended a million times and never had it suspended unless I tried to sell on it.

If you create a new account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, you will be fine. I think a real account with real info will be fine as long as you don't try to sell something.
