New disbursement rules?

I have problems with the accounts I have created after 1st April. I sell my goods, I then attach my bank account and disburse the funds. However, after around 2 hours the balance comes back. It happened to me twice. Support told me that the first disbursement can only be made after two weeks counting from the first sale, although it used to be two weeks from the account creation date. Did anyone else ever came across this issue?

I get that on all my US accounts.

yes it's always been 2 weeks after the sale of your item.

Yes, it's been like that for a while now. You have to wait 2 weeks from the first sale for your first deposit.
