Limited PayPal and withdrawing funds

Hello,
I'm from Europe, and i created a US PayPal a while ago. Sadly, it was limited last year, and i'm now able to withdraw the funds that were on it. Problem, i can't withdraw to a bank account in Europe, nor i can send a check to outside the US. Do you see any solution to my problem ?

Your going to need a US bank account.

Will need a US bank account as stated above, no other way to get those funds.

Kinda. 900$. I wouldn't mind getting that on my bank account tbh. How do i get a US Bank Account tho ? :/

There may well be some banks in France that you can get a bank account in the US with without leaving France (in the UK HSBC offers this)

Otherwise you would need to go to the US to open one in person
