if I use a fresh VPN on a computer that was blocked by amazon will I be fine by just creating a new user and using the VPN? It was a very new computer when I was blocked so I don't even have any website history on it

You need the dedicated plan, that way you are not going to be 'sharing' your IP address with anyone else, the difference in price is minuscule epecially for the peace of mind it gives you.

The "fresh" plan is dedicated but it comes with the assurance that the IP address has not been used before.

You will be fine with 24vc "Fresh IP" and a new user on your PC. However you have to follow all the other guideline to set up your "ghost account". No information can be the same

Recommend also use a real phone such as tracfone and yes fresh plan from 24vc is the correct plan you would want to get
