creating new stealth with vcc

if you create new ebay and paypal stealth and used a vcc to confirm paypal and then added that paypal to ebay, and if ebay still suspends the account upon seeing a link or suspicious activity or upon the first listing, does this mean your paypal account will also be suspended on the first listing removal?

if yes then that means your vcc which you used has gone into waist and you incured vcc charges also for nothing?

Your only going to be able to confirm a PayPal after you have verified it with a bank account.

If your eBay gets limited then the PayPal that is linked to it is not going to be able to be used with another eBay.
