paypal put funds availability date back

On one of my new accounts paypal have been releasing funds before the 21 days on items where I have uploaded tracking info. Today when I logged in to withdraw funds to bank account I see that paypal have moved availability date from today to a couple of weeks time which is a major inconvenience. Should I be worried, why would they do this?

It's all related to risk and how they see you as a risk to PayPal.

Any cases been opened recently?

This has been happening recently, had reports of clean trading accounts, aged, with no cases or disputes having the 21 days put on, and the release date changing.

Nope no cases opened at all. I might give that account a little rest for a while once I can withdraw the funds.

Probably advisable, its hot, but how hot, we won't ever know until the bitter end
