Okay, heres my first post, I had a EB/PP account a few years ago and it was suspended for not paying owed fees.

I need to start a new one because craigslist is taking me nowhere.

Are there any pre-paid debit/ gift cards out there available from drug stores etc... (i.e. not online) that can be used to start a new account?

And what is some other relevant information to starting a new account.

I've used the Gift2Go yellow cards at Walgreens in the past few weeks with no issues for both eBay and Paypal.
