Default Hire staff to reply ebay messages.

Hi guys, as business is growing. Is there any chance I could hire somone to reply messages for me daily? Without passing them the real username and pw? I got few hundreds of message need to handle all by myself daily. Any advise would help thanks.

Answers to messages can be sent via email and thus avoids the need to log into the ebay account directly.

A few hundred messages a day? You must be popular.

It's just some robot reply I need. Will reply via email expose your IP address and wifi mac etc ?

You can reply directly to the email in Gmail in the same way you reply to any email in Gmail.

This will then send the reply to eBay and it will appear in the other parties eBay inbox

You need to ensure that images are disabled though

Just tried this and it takes you to ebay to answer the question rather than sends the question to ebay.
So they would still need to be signed in.

Thinking about this would it not be possible to create a good FAQ to add to each listing and see if there is a way to word it so that it is picked up by the ebay managed communications

From ebay it states:
Auto answers are dynamic answers that we generate based on the information you provided on the item listing. For example, if you specified in your listing for a ruby ring that you offer international postage to the US, Canada and Mexico, the Auto answer would appear like this:

Not sure how good it works so it may be trial and error but I also suspect something is not right if you have so many questions every day.
What sort of questions are you getting? Not specific but sort of subject.

You must be clicking the 'respond' button then. You need to literally reply to the email itself
