Default 3 new accounts suspended without listing anything. Where am I going wrong?

I opened up 3 different ebay accounts in the past couple of days. Each had different info and different vcc's. I cleared my cookies after closing AOL 9.0 each time.

Does anyone know how they are catching me and closing the accounts. What am I doing wrong?

Here is the message I got..

eBay sent this message to Tom Bryans (tomtom3099).

FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing eBay - tomtom3099@gmail.com

Dear sosos,

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.

"Abusing eBay" of the eBay User Agreement states, in part:

"...we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies."

Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes the registering of a new account.

Please note that any seller fees due to eBay will immediately become due and payable. eBay will charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method currently on file.

Regards,

Safeharbor Department
eBay, Inc.

Could this have to do with the VCC's I am using? They are coming from a foreign bank. That is the only thing I can think of right now. I used one from www.www-card.com and I bought 2 others from another foreign bank.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!!!!

Default I tried to sell one item on one of the accounts..

The other two I sold nothing. On one of the other two I did not even create a seller account.

They have got me somehow..I don't know why they are automatically banning me!

I believe it is from the foriegn VCC numbers, What you have to remember is just like bank routing numbers, credit cards whether platic or virtual start with a certain 4-6 digits. These digits are what let merchants know where it is coming from and what type of card it is.

What were the first 6 digits of the VCC?

It's most likely a cookie or IP issue. The VCC might do it too, but I'm leaning on cookies or IP.

Default vcc's DON'T USE THEM

The best thing for you to do is use a prepaid card from the grocery store.

www.netspend.com www.mymccard.com

vcc's are suspended much faster than using actual plastic.

vccs are like using anonymous ip's. Looks suspicious to ebay

What are the fees for these cards?
Do they charge extra to use or add money?
Thanx

I don't think the VCC is the issue. In my case I'm using a virtual card and I have been selling things for over a month now.

This is caused by the primitive eBay "Goodie Two-Shoes Politically Correct Robots" that are programmed by eBay's ignorant miscreant stooges in San Jose.

Two days ago, one of my auctions (with bids) got wiped out by eBay. The cryptic reason given was:

The violation occurred when you included the following information in your listing: CASH

For some reason "CASH" was flagged as a dirty four letter word and the auction was deleted along with a standard eBay nasty-gram received.

A few weeks ago one of my vintage photographic print auctions was removed due to some text within the description. The photo was of an interior of an early 1900s General Store. Among the goods stacked up in the picture were some sacks of flour. Upon the bags were the letters "XXX" which I believe stood for extra fine grade. Anyway, eBay killed off the auction and I received a strong (for eBay weasel wimps) threatening blurbo-gram Email message warning me that pornography was not allowed on eBay. After a few lines explaining tentative punishments including Suspension and being Banned for all time from eBay, a link was provided to the correct "Selling Board" for something line "pornographic art and photos".

So . . summing it up. Add the word "CASH" and the letters, "XXX" to things that will get your auction zapped.

By the way, opening different accounts via the same Service Provider no longer protects the eBay User who creates back-up accounts. eBay has software these days that as routine track accounts to their repective ISP. Cross and shill bidding can be instantly spotted and flagged. All eBay users shown operating though the same ISP location get wacked, It's all tied together now.

Seriously, all of the comments are good about why, but one other thing to add is, if you use AOL you get a red flag on your account, as I have been saying AOL recirculates their IP addresses, and you could get an IP previously associated with a suspended account on any given day when login into your ebay account. Many thousands of neru'd accounts use AOL and ebay knows this, so an immediate lowering of your score and a suspension if you get an IP associated with a neru'd account.

If what you are saying is true you could be "associated" just because another ebayer with the same ISP bids on one of your auctions, even worse, get kicked off and since they bid on your auctions you get killed too?

I guess if I get back up and running with several accounts I'll have to do all of my shill bidding from an account set up with the office ISP
