Need to relink email address in paypal

Hi THink this will fix the issue, I posted item. my email was incorrect in Listing so when buyer bought the item, the email in ebay and paypal isn't the same , The pypal payment does not appear in my paypal. Called paypal , wants my SSN,
last digits, . They wanted to authorize the transactions. by verifying address and SSN.

I have since made sure email is correct in ebay listings. Even sold a item and the payment want thru. Either I unlink my email addy, and relink.

THis email is stealth ebay made from scratch. Original used and working for a year almost .

Or should I have buyer cancel that transaction and we do it al over again , Since my email in ebay and paypal now are sympatico. Please advise

I had this happen once. I opened an email account with the 'incorrect' email, added that to my PP account, and the payment went through instantly.

same you should try opening an email account with the "inconrrect email" most likely you'll get the payment instantly after confirming the email on paypal.
