add funds to stealth paypal account

Hello, I'm from Romania and I have a stealth paypal account. I rarely sell stuff, I mainly buy cheap things on ebay.

How can I add funds to my stealth paypal account? I've tried entropay but it doesn't work, I doesn't even work to add the entropay card.

Are there other methods? Reliable VCC sellers here that can provide more funds via VCC not only for verifying the paypal account?

Similar systems to entropay maybe with mastercard that work in Romania?

Not sure how a Romanian paypal account works but the most simple way to do things is to add your bank account and add funds from it. Is this not possible with a Romanian paypal account?
