Default Instant bank withdrawals?

Heyy

So on my strongest account (most sales/highest feedback/trs power seller) I withdrew $40 and got it today!

That was 30 minutes after 5pm WST yesterday (technically 8:30pm EST) I'm not complaining, is this something you think will stick? No email or anything confirming the instant withdrawls. This is really huge for me as we all know you gotta withdraw Wednesday before 5pm WST or your out till Monday.

I had this only happen one other time but that's because I called in due to a phone code request and they I think accidentally gave me instant withdrawals, a week later it was removed. This was on a different PayPal account too.

I know this has happened to other members but do you still have the instant withdrawals? I'm talking US only as some countries I think already have this.

Yes they sent an email out during the fall to select accounts saying that they would be doing this and started with a small group, and after that there was no word, but on a few of my accounts I been getting these , it's great

After u withdrawal usually within 30 minutes it will go from pending to completed and will be in your bank next day

The latest I withdrew was 10:50pm eastern time and had it in my account the next day

So nice to have that cash flow, just keep your account in great standing and it will continue

It seems at least for me to only have this feature with a TRS eBay account

What bank do you use?

I have this on only one of my accounts - the account itself isn't anything special. I've been building it up very slowly and have sold only a small amount of items. It still has the 21 day holds too. But yeah, for this particular account I always have the money in my bank the next day. This is with Discover Bank.

Does anyone know if they have plans of rolling this out as a regular feature at any point in the future?

This has been running now since January, I have it on accounts that are TRS accounts, and one that got the feature was only around 100 days old , I usually spread sales thin but on 3 accounts where I have an EIN they are TRS and since January this kicked in.

I have TD BANK, BOA for these particular accounts, but I don't think the bank matters, it seems that if you are running an exceptional eBay account with very low defects they give it

Like I said when u withdrawal within 30 minutes it goes from pending to complete and its in the bank next day

Best feature ever, it seems like with eBay holds than PayPal re holding than 2 day withdrawal time with Wednesday being the last day to make a withdrawal if u want funds by Friday, they make it impossible for steady cash flow.

These instant complete status is just great, I can get money in the bank 5 days a week , being able to withdrawal at 11pm on a Thursday and getting funds on Friday makes a difference

I've had TRS status for about 3 months now and just got it. I highly doubt its like the 25/250 rule but I can see obviously why they would implement this new policy with TRS accounts and not all regular accounts.

I highly doubt this getting implemented threwout all Paypal accounts. Fraud is to prevalent nowandays. It would be nice though.

Question Dmshark25,

You think if I change banks it will drop the instant transfer? I'd assume so but not really sure.

I've planning on closing my bank account (a savings account is attached) with US BANK for a while now and just haven't gotten around to doing so. I plan on opening a business checking account and linking it but this instant transfer makes me second guess that now.

Any thoughts?

Anyone ever call in and ask for instant transfers?

I wouldn't myself but if someone has it would be interesting to hear what they say.

I wouldn't change banks, why risk it, just keep the account you have open and add another bank account, and have both accounts

Than try and withdrawal a few times to the new account and see if they are instant, and than if u feel comfortable close the account if u want

But even if u close it just keep it on paypal

For my strongest Canadian PP accounts - I will make withdrawal and it can hit my bank (verifiable online) in the evening or next day evening at latest...

I was one to bring this subject to light a few months ago. It only ever happened on one of my accounts and the withdrawal changed from pending to completed in 30 minutes. Havent had any accounts do it since then.

In December I had 2 withdrawals happen the next day but then went back to the normal 2 day. I don't take to much for granted from eb or pp.

It will never be given to ALL paypal accounts IMHO. They would be CRAZY to do that.

It would only make sense to allow TRS accounts and POWER SELLER accounts to have instant withdrawals not a brand new account with 0 history.

I have one business paypal account that has tiven instant withdrawals ever since creation. It also has a limit to where the first $40,000 monthly has no holds whatsoever. Anything about 40k will have the 21 day hold imposed. Havent sold anywhere close to that 40k amount yet, and probably wont because I know they will ask for SSN, etc
