Paypal payment Status Completed but not available.

Yesterday, PP system had some sort of a glitch so I wasn't able to access my account to see whether it was OK to ship out an item that I have sold on ebay. However, I had already created a shipping label through USPS because I intended to ship it out today. Since the tracking number has been posted, the transaction within my Paypal account doesn't says whether it is OK to ship out or not. About 4 days ago, I received an email from paypal saying that any future funds will no longer be held. However, the recent transaction shows that the payment has been COMPLETED, but FUND IS NOT AVAILABLE. It clearly says " NOT AVAILABLE", not " NOT YET AVAILABLE". Can I please get some opinions on this matter? Thank You

Can be a glitch...PP has been known to be slow on updating statuses...

In every instance I've had, if it shows completed and it's not in your account that next business day, it didn't go through. Its happened to me about 8 times.

Paypal updated their system for the past few days and this is how it will show from now. I called and was given the OK to ship out even though it says " Fund is not available".
