If I write the same address in Billing Information on random websites ill be linked?

I would like to buy something from a website with few different paypals. I will write on their site the same address over and over again.

Is that means I will be linked?

I meant on random site, no on Ebay. How pp can know the address i type if its outside of Ebay and PP? :(
