Another paypal question

I am about to recieve a payment thru paypal. The amount is over $1000. I just verified my bank account. The item was not sold on ebay it was sold else where. My question is if they send me the payment thru paypal, will paypal hold the payment or limit my account. This paypal account is not linked or hooked to any ebay account.

They, Paypal, should NOT place a 21 day Hold on your payment.
The 21 Day Hold is ONLY for eBay items as far as I know.
As for them limiting you account........
I really do not know about that.
Is the information on the account really your info?
If so then you have a foot up on giving them info if they ask for it.

No. It wouldn't be held.. However, be prepared for a phone call.. Not saying it will happen, but they might give you a call from the (402) area code..

I sold a couple items on craigslist before I sold on Ebay, and my first payment on both paypal accounts were not payments from ebay, and each time I got a phone call immediately..

So, just in case, and to be on the safe side, you want to be available for that call...
