Need A Canadian VBA for PayPal

I have messaged several sellers on this forum, but it doesn't seem like anyone has a VBA for Canadian PayPal accounts. If anyone knows where I can buy one, please let me know.

I don't believe there is such a thing as VBA for a Canadian account... none of the banks in Canada will offer that and I don't believe you can use a US bank to verify a Canadian bank account these days.

VBA for Canadian pp are tough - you really need a Canadian bank account - can you get one regular account?
