Default Still get funds if Amazon suspends for multiple accounts?

I have about $12k tied up in an amazon account which was suspended. I don't want to risk losing that money, I have heard some people get their accounts deleted and don't have access to their money anymore.

If you do get suspended for multiple accounts, will they ever say that you will no longer be able to get the money after the 90 day hold?

Also, on the account which was created after but suspended for multiple accounts, do you also get the money after 90 days?

If you can still log in your account you will get your funds after 90 days. Just sit back and wait. However if any of the linked accounts owe amazon money they will want you authority to pay the debt with the funds that are due.

With 12K in Amazon hand. I think you better go slow and carefully for the next account. If they linked you again I don't know what will they do. Don't rush, take couple days reading/asking here till you clearly know how Amazon linked you before get back in the game

Be sure to avoid linking and MAKE sure you can still log into the account.

If you can't login....then the funds are going to be very difficult to get....

I was never linked. I guess my question wasn't too clear. The account with 12K that got suspended was a legit non-stealth account. I am currently in the 90 day waiting period to get the money from that one.

I have created a new stealth account though. I am saying if they were to somehow link my new stealth account to the non-stealth account, would they not pay me on either accounts?

Really appreciate everyone input and making this process much easier!

It doesn't matter legit or stealth. Amazon can do whatever they want to.

Yes, that is definitely possible. Or, it could also happen that they WOULD pay you in 90 days on the legitimate account and delete the stealth account.

The trick is, if you need to start a stealth account then EVERYTHING MUST BE DONE CORRECTLY! No links, EVERYTHING MUST BE DIFFERENT!

When Amazon suspends an account, you see the yellow box on the top of the Seller Central screen telling you the account is suspended. You can still communicate with customers, issue refunds and such, but you can no longer list anything. You WILL get your money in 90 days.

When your account is DELETED, your password no longer works and changing it won't help. When you call in, they will tell you that Seller Performance needs to address the issue and that they will call you or email you. But that never happens. If you call in and demand to speak to someone, you will be told that Seller Performance does not have phones. Either that or they do not take calls. That means your account has been deleted, and they have NO INTENTION of giving you your money. Some people HAVE been able to get their money by having an attorney write a letter to Amazon. That MAY work for you since this is a legitimate account.

Amazon - from what I have seen - deletes accounts when they believe strongly that the items being sold were counterfeits, or when they believe that the account is stealth and that the actual account owner does not exist. There are most likely other scenarios as well. How exactly they reach their decision, we do not know.

You CAN start a stealth account, just be careful that it CANNOT be linked back to you. In this particular instance I would suggest using a VPS.

I've had 2 UK seller accounts shut down over VERO issues over the last 12 months. Both genuine; not stealth.
Both accounts went off the radar completely and were unaccessable.
They finally paid me my £3k and £1.8k respectively at around 6 months post shut down.
I contacted them only on a few occasions on the customer services number in Google.
Hope this goes somewhere to learning the worry of not getting paid.

Hi,

Yes my account was deleted very quickly so I had no access on both occasions and payment when it did finally get sent was to my usual account for disbursements to be paid in. -UK bank acc

Seems "unbelievable" amazon don't just pay out on deleted accounts. You contacted customer services, but we all know that have no access to your account once deleted so cannot help.

I Called them on the buyers customer service number and demanded to speak to seller Central. They put me through and I just kept saying that my disbursement was way overdue and that it was unacceptable.

😉 ok. Thanks for the reply.
When my first account got shut down and I hadn't been paid for 5.5 months, I made an appointment with a solicitor as I'd heard from someone else that is the only way they got their final disbursement. 2 day before the appointment, the payment arrived.
The second one was opened by a friend for me and he chased them up a couple of time at my request and it was sent approx 6 months post shut down.
