How to pay ebay seller fee safely. I guess all people here know the true meaning of "safely".

Yes...
This way you can actually use the paypal account when you open it.
As opposed to using ING as your bank and not being able to accept any Paypal deposits past the first confirmation deposits.

Im not sure how to pay it with a money order cause i have'nt paid seller fees in years but when im late on paying the fees ebay will give me a email telling me my fees are do then u just do what the email says and there will be a spot that says pay with money order then i guess u get the details from there.

I apologize if this has been covered or should be obvious, but what is the problem with paying ebay fees with your paypal account, especially if you have a sufficient balance? Thanks.
