 About ebay , paypal connection.
I have two paypal accts. Both of them is good condition(can pay accept).
I can't use that accts on ebay. That two acct were blocked by ebay.
I think ebay and paypal is same black list. I just blocked from ebay.
When i try to linked my paypal to new ebay accts, they blocked new ebay accts.
What is that? Can i just use my paypal outside ebay?
I don't have us accts. Is it possible, make new paypal and accept money and then send money to my paypal(original one)? Is there any alert?
