 Can someone answer a paypal question?
I have had my stealth paypal account for over 4 months now. Because of a charge back from an ebay buyer on my 89th sale day. Paypal has continued the 21 day hold on my ebay sales
BTW... The charge back was for un authorized use of the credit card.
Paypal has also released the money that was held for that charge back because of the fact that i was able to send them tracking showing the buyer had received the item.
I sent paypal an email asking how much longer the 21 day hold would remain on my account because of that charge back and there response was for me to verify my identity via my phone number and that would stop the 21 day hold.
My question is does anybody know what happens when i click the link that says call me now? The phone number they would call is the same number that i used when i created the paypal account.
Will the paypal call be an automated message giving me a number that i have to put into a verify form? Or will the call be something else.
I just want to be prepared before i click that call me now button.
