Why do I never have the Buy Box?

We have a few products on Amazon and we're the ONLY seller. I know this because it is our product that we're importing from China and we got the unique barcode for it. So why in the world are we not in the Buy Box when there is nobody else selling it? I sent some inventory to FBA and sure enough we're in the Buy Box but only if we ship products to FBA which we don't want to always do. Any ideas?

I recently got my account back up to 100% rating (it was down to 70's after some A-Z claims) but it's been a few months in the 90+ range. Unweighted average is 98.28. We have 4.3 positive feedback with 10 feedbacks. 107/126 perfect orders.

To be honest buddy, with your metrics I would only use FBA as soon you will get suspended. 10% of your orders are not perfect, you must be doing something wrong.

Its because of your seller rating. You wont get it unless you have improved feedbacks. Try to stop selling products that you have issues and start focusing on products you can ship perfectly in time.

Also, be very careful as your metrics sound like youre going to be suspended if not reviewed very soon!!
