 VERO Descrpency
I noticed that there are certain independent brands that are not VERO but still desirable. They seem to fall in that middle ground were that not big enough to stress about counterfeit's but not small enough to be unwanted or unheard of.
My question is - are these brands subject to the VERO requirements. My understanding is that VERO participants have special VERO accounts to monitor suspicious listings. But non-VERO participants I assume don't have access to this. Any body if big brand, not on the VERO list still treated as VERO by ebay?
