Listings per day to avoid scrutiny

Any body have an idea of approx how many listings per day you should limit yourself to, in order to avoid ebay's attention.

for non-risky items?
for risky items?
is it a percentage of listing/month on your account?

Any help is appreciated.

I usually wait over 30 days to list. I usually then list 1-3 items. When the account is about 6-9 weeks old i will list near the limit (with a low limit account ). After 90 days the account can usually handle more aggressive selling.

This is good advice. Follow this and you should be able to list quite a lot after a few months.
