I'm trying to set up new ebay/PayPal. Bought the stealth guide & noticed something was mentioned about using a ups address. How do you acquire this address & would it be linked to my home address since they require a physical address to open an account?

Seems like if you open a usps P.O Box with your ID your name is now linked. I tried this before and my eBay name wouldn't match up with the name on PO box

eB would not be able to see the true name on the po box - missing more info here for a proper analysis
