Default ebay's point system.

ok so ebay has a "point system" this is how they suspended users (at least for abusing) based on these "points". what do you think you lose/gain points for. In your own opinion it doesn't have to be fact.

I bring this up because I was just reading an article about it the other day and the guy made some very good points.

The point system is this: Ebay puts buyers first above sellers all the time.
Buyers are the ones generating their revenue not sellers.
True sellers pay fees but without buyers ebays business model collapses.
Ebay doesn't need more sellers they need more buyers.
So therefore, ebay is watching you closely how you treat their 'booty'.
If you mistreat them in any way (eg cancelling their bid) you will be flogged I mean flagged and suspended for not adhering to the 'spirit' of ebay.
This means bend over backwards for the buyer who has 0fb and doesn't pay you.
Ebay is constantly increasing their standards for sellers without regard--The new DSR scale is an example of this.

Paypal:
If you register as a seller and sell or buy a lot of items early-on Paypal will limit you.
Their money model is one of growth not spikes. New businesses do not spike but grow over time. This is especially true for high risk items. You will get flagged (limited) for over 10K sales in high risk items in any one month within 6 months of registering.

So don't expect to 'hit the ground running' with your new ID.

Very good! This is the new eBay. Buyer is always right, so red tape that into your profits on the liabilities side of the balance sheet and you will be fine. I started using a lot of these and these ! and of course these. THANKS!!!

If a lot of different sellers complain about the same buyer (or same seller and multiple accounts), eBay tends to suspend the buyer.
