Default ING Suspended me - Anyone else had this problem??

ING called me today and notified me that I had been suspended. They didn't like the fact that I had multiple accounts receiving deposits from different names via Paypal deposits. They can see the name of the deposit coming from Paypal. Has anyone else had this problem and how do you avoid this?

Is there a better service I can sign up for where I won't run into this?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

The FACT that ING bank account are a major problem has been posted on this forum MANY times.
This is not new news.

Get Bank Of America accounts.
You can sign up for them online.
They allow you the have deposits come to your account in any name that might be on your Paypal account.
Wells Fargo is the same way.

Does Bank of America allow you to have multiple savings accounts linked to one account like ING does or do you have to open each one up individually?

You have to open each individually, and if you wish to close one you have to contact the bank to do it, but generally they will close your account in 3-5 days.

Basically what you do is create the bank account, add it to Paypal for verification, and then immediately file a closure request. The deposits will come in on day two, and on that day you need to get the Paypal deposits out since they cannot close an account with funds in it. The next day, the account should close, and you will be fine.

Now, I have just told you one of my methods to do things - the other members on this forum will not be as lenient. You guys actually need to start doing your research on this forum before posting the same problems/questions OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

For the life of me I can not figure out WHY anyone wants to use a bank account that you can not make deposits into.

Once again you folks are making a simple process into WAY more than it needs to be.
Just open a account at a bank that lets you make deposits.

Why would you want to move your money from 1 Paypal account into another Paypal account.
You pay more fees and your accounts pop up more Paypal system flags.

Just do it the SIMPLE way and you will have LESS problems in the long run.

Exeneva use's the plug-in to get money out of paypal no need to have a bank account other then that reason and in order to use the plug-in u got to have a verfied bank account on file. BTW jadester714 how much money did u lose when they suppended the account? I loss $30 when they closed mine and they never sent it to me.

So with BOA you can open pretty much unlimted amounts of bank accounts as long as you close them shortly after and just use it to verfiy bank only? Also i found a severice online that charges $20 to do this i guess it won't be to bad if u had no other way of getting a verfied bank for Pp.

What is the point of just using the bank accounts to get verified with Paypal? I want to make WITHDRAWALS to the bank accounts like I did with ING.

I just signed up with BofA and they said they would get back with me in 2 business days. Is this a norm?

This is why I asked about another bank that offered a sub account service like ING. I never have to wait extra days to open new accounts with them since they are connected to a main account.

Has anyone tried using Comerica bank yet?

^^^^^^^^
Yes on BOA....
You have to wait a few days every time you open a account.
I opened 3 last week and have not even used them yet....
But that are sitting there waiting on ME. I am not waiting on them.

The big problem I see here is a lot of folks are NOT planning ahead.
They are waiting it right now and that is NOT a good way to go about it.

I'm usually all about planning ahead. I have 30+ ebay accounts opened and aging right now...

The problem is that I have used ING without a problem since this summer. Now, I am looking into new options. I never even knew there was a problem using ING.

HERE WE GO AGAIN: You are very responsive and I appreciate that. I do have a question for you. When you open up the BofA accounts, do they just clear you after 2 days or do you have to fill out information to fax in?

Sorry if I did not make myself clear. I use the Plugin method to get my money out, simply because I find it faster.

Open the first one in person at a local BOA branch.
THEN open the rest online.
They are valid working accounts in about 2 days.
They mail you a piece of paper to sign as a signature card and you mail it back.
This happens after you account is valid and running.
No big deal.

That could be a problem if u dont have any BOA's where you live.

Closet to me is a 48 mile drive.

Then you can open the first one online.
It is just 100 times easier to do the first one in person.

Bank of America is not nearly as smooth to operate as ING. I don't know what you guys are talking about. I finally got an account activated with them. I did successfully open 2 more accounts. Ever since then, they keep sending this message:

Dear XXXX XXXX:

Your online deposit application has been withdrawn for one of the following reasons:

Regular Savings

* We received your request to withdraw the application
* Multiple applications for the same product were received
* No funding information was provided for a Certificate of Deposit
* You opened a similar account in a Banking Center since the time of application

If you would like us to continue processing the application or have additional questions, service representatives are available to assist you:

*********************************************

What is the point of using Bank of America if you can only open a few accounts? Many of us need dozens.

I have been using BOA for my bank accounts for over 2 years.
I have NEVER had any issues with this bank.
Did you open your 1st account in person or online?
How did you fund you new account?
Was it a checking or saving?

jadester, something is going on that you're not telling us, because I've used them and I've never had any issues with them.

I will 2nd that.
There is a issue somewhere else other than BOA.
There is NOT a problem with BOA and eBay/Paypal.
This combination has worked flawlessly for me for over 2 years.
And I have had 15-20 checking accounts with them just this past year.

I will third that. Still wondering why the OP has not considered a merchant account? I recall asking B4 but never had an answer.

Just to END the Jadester714 miss information that is being posted everywhere......

There is NOTHING wrong with Bank Of America.
It works just fine for 98.7% of the people who use them CORRECTLY for their Paypal accounts.
Personally I use them EVERYDAY to accept deposits from my many Stealth Paypal accounts.

No matter what anyone here tries to tell you...
ING does NOT work with Paypal to accept deposits from a Paypal Stealth Account.

What banks work with Stealth?
Bank Of America
WAMU
Wells Fargo

I know these work from personal experience.
