 What am I missing?
My first account was suspended about 2 years ago because my ODR went above 1%. I made a stealth account using a friend's address, google voice number,EIN, Same name and different ip address which lasted for about a year before I got it linked to my old one (I once accidentally logged into my old account which I think might have been it).
In order to get a new EIN for this second stealth account I will be making an LLC. I am a resident of Texas. Would you recommend me to incorporate in another state with lower fees. I think Arizona will only charge a 50$ filing fee while Texas is 300$. Do I use a registered agent to keep my information private?
I am using a family member's address, reset my IP address, bought a tracfone,renamed my computer, made a new user, cleared cookies, made a new bank account under my name.
Should I make a new bank account under my LLC's name or will the one with my name do?
