saving a paypal

so i have a friend who had the same issue with his paypal as i had recently with my main ebay.

he sells alot of items and he doesn't have invoices for it. (he dropships)

so he called me panicking asking for help.

he said he can forge some invoices and send them to paypal.

i told him its useless. and ive seen paypal request id from some people and when they sent in legit copies they still got perm limited.

am i giving him the right info?

In a way yes paypal are really picky when you have some kind of rush in item sale to be asking for invoice.
