EIN for amazon

What do you guys think if get an EIN for Amazon from IRS and not to form any LLC or corporations later ?

You CAN get an EIN without forming an LLC, but you eventually WILL have to form one or deactivate the EIN.

Some people do this and then form the LLC when they are sure the account is strong.

That is a question best advised by your accountant and other advisers. Every once in a while there is a good reason to not file with the state right away. One example is doing due diligence on what is the best state for your purposes or how long this entity will last etc..

If I just ignore forming LLC or anything will IRS give me issues ?

As an individual you are allowed are allowed one EIN from the IRS. If you need to get more you must go the corporation route.

The IRS will report the business to the state that you used for and address and that will eventually cause you an issue if you never file under than EIN and receive 1099Ks ALL states have some sort or recording and yearly fees. NV and WY being the cheapest and easiest to date.

You need to talk to your accountant for this type of advise.
