Do I use my stealth address when creating LLC?

I am using a family member's address for my stealth account. Should I use this address to create my LLC or can I use my actual address? I just don't want my relative to receive all the LLC crap in the mail

Amazon/paypal etc... will ask the IRS if the NAME MATCHES the number. It does not confirm addresses or whatnot.
