do i need a business licence or can i just get an llc

i just would like to know can i just get the single member llc?
looking for advice. I dont want to get a business licence if its not needed.

well, that is a question best answered by your accountant.

as for licence in your town or registering with your state?

Those are also questions for your accountant BUT you can very easily get around having to register with your town and getting a "business" license IF you don't have retail customers or a store front etc.. really all you have is a home office at that point but I still strongly suggest asking your advisers

I've gotten llc before. You need to get incorporated. Get s lawyer or you can do it yourself. Don't miss anything
