I just mentioned in another post it may mean you eat 'humble pie' but to keep
going that is what you do. Maybe go over your listings and re-do your payment methods. First mention of trouble, KEEP IN TOUCH with the buyer.
Control them, control your account. As to whether ebay are advised, not sure. But do a quick back peddle & deal with the buyer. Try to get her phone number etc etc.
