As a result, we've restricted your accounts. You'll still be able to log in to view your transaction history, but you won't be able to send or receive money.

7 Sep 2014: You have received €2,500 or more in total payments to your PayPal account in this calendar year. PayPal is required by law to comply with European Union Anti-Money Laundering regulations by collecting information from customers when they reach this limit. Until you provide us with the information we need your account will be limited. You won't be able to send or withdraw any money using PayPal, however, you may still be able to receive payments. Please go to the Resolution Centre for more information on what you need to do. When PayPal limits an account, your funds may be held until we've confirmed your identification as per the User Agreement.

This limitation cannot be appealed.

As you can see ,itss been wayy over 189 days since it was first limited.
and I logged in today to see if its eligible for withdrawAl, but what do I see?

SEE THE FIRST ENTRY WITH TODAYS DATE, they want all that crap,my ID etc etc

wondering ,because they know that this account belongs to someone who has other accounts that violated the policies, as you can read, will they never give me my money?

Because its been 10-11 months since it was limited, I have not received any withdrawl email, plus I just tried to withdraw....and it says there are issues with your account please resolve them...like WTH where is my moneyy

They might still be waiting for you to send in the requested information..

What I do when i get these limitations is call paypal or send all the documents as jpegs saying "you wont ever be sending any of the documents".

I have actually on one occasion called paypal and they told me they knew i had multiple accounts and that if i didnt send in the information that they were keeping my money forever, even after the 180 days was up id get no money!

After 180 days i checked my email and it said i could now withdraw and all went well. So they lie their ass off to you.

Maybe in your country its actually different because of your laws, I don't know but keep fighting.. nothing to lose now.

Good luck

If nothing else works you can/or you can pay someone to alter the document they're requesting and sent them in. If thats possible with the documents they are requesting.
