Default What's your opinion on my pending intangibles case

I sold some miles to a company called flip my miles.
There was no agreement signed
they sent $600 I gave them my
login to Rapid Rewards.
They purchased two tickets
flew on the flight.
Southwest contacts me
says, change your username and password
and do not sell miles ever again.
or we will forfeit your remaining miles
(some of which had yet to be redeemed)
I refunded the remaining balance to flip my miles
after paypal restricted me pending more info about me
Flip my miles opened a case on me and wants
a full refund of the $600 even tho they redeemed
over half the miles.

My question is this: If the transaction was June 15th , well
before Paypal changed their policy to now cover intangible
goods for buyers, (not sellers)policy change July 1st
And the case was opened after July 1st
Is he covered?And if he is, can I retro act any intangibles
case that I was denied?
Paypal is taking forever on this, and I've given them plenty of
evidence to show that southwest said NO!
and That much of the miles have already been redeemed.

So what is your question?

If you sold them something and can not provide it then they did not get what you sold them and will qualify for a refund, No?

Have you offered a partial refund?

PayPal can take 30 days to handle cases.

What? Are you not reading my post? I said clearly that I gave a partial refund . it was almost $300. Im not advertising anything.
And I clearly stated at the end, "My question is this.."
If the transaction was before they changed the policy. Do you think they will say "since the transaction was before July 1st , intangible items like miles are not covered under the buyer protection"


Or do you think they will say this:
Since the claim was filed after July 1st
these miles are covered under the protection.

But my main point is that the buyer is asking for a FULL $600 refund Even though they already used over half my miles on tickets

Make sense?
